Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support industrial maintenance for material handling systems. You will perform preventative and predictive maintenance and repairs across mechanical power transmission, electrical, PLC/controls, welding/fabrication, and related areas.

You will troubleshoot components, document activities in the EAM system, and follow safety standards. Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of industrial maintenance

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Certificates in Industrial Maintenance/Mechatronics, electrical or mechanical trade or related area and an associate degree preferred.
Two (2) years experience in Industrial Maintenance/Mechatronics with competency in at least two specialty skills.

Responsibilities

Provide preventative and predictive maintenance and repair of material handling systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems and diagnose failures.
Enter and retrieve prescribed data in the EAM software.
