Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Wichita, KS is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for the 2nd shift to support an industrial laundry facility. You will repair, maintain, install and troubleshoot washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors, boilers, and related equipment while conducting preventive maintenance and maintaining records.

This role requires hands-on maintenance work, reading maintenance literature in English, and blueprints, with the ability to stand for up to 7 hours during an 8-hour shift.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military.
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
• Experience with and ability to read a blueprint.
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting industrial equipment including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors, and boilers.
• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance and maintain maintenance records.
• Resolve safety concerns and perform indoor and outdoor housekeeping.
