Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to assist with maintaining an industrial laundry facility in Wichita, Kansas. You will help repair, install, and troubleshoot washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors, boilers, and related systems, while supporting preventive maintenance and safety efforts.

This role requires 2+ years in industrial equipment maintenance, ability to read technical literature in English, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military.
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
• Experience with and ability to read a blueprint.
• Basic Microsoft Office computer skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist with repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting industrial equipment including washers/dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers.
• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance and resolve safety concerns.
• Maintain indoor and outdoor housekeeping and monitor maintenance records.
• Monitor inventory supplies and maintain maintenance records.
