Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to assist with maintaining an industrial laundry facility, including repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers. You will also perform preventive maintenance, resolve safety concerns, and help with inventory and records.

Preferred candidates will have boiler knowledge, HVAC experience, welding skills (MIG/TIG/ARC) and the ability to read blueprints, with a high school diploma or GED and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or military.
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
• Experience reading blueprints.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist with repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting industrial equipment (washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors, boilers).
• Help perform preventive/predictive maintenance and handle safety issues.
• Maintain housekeeping and monitor inventory; keep maintenance records.
