Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support an industrial laundry facility. You will assist with repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting equipment such as washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers.

The role includes preventive maintenance, safety, housekeeping and keeping maintenance records. The position is full-time on the 2nd shift, with benefits including comprehensive medical plans, a 401(k) with match and ESOP, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military.
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
• Experience with and ability to read a blueprint.
• Basic Microsoft Office computer skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist with repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting industrial equipment, systems and components including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers.
• Assist with performing preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Resolve safety concerns and perform housekeeping.
• Monitor inventory supplies and maintain maintenance records.
