Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for the 2nd shift at our Justice, IL facility. You will assist with maintaining industrial laundry equipment including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, and conveyors, and participate in preventive maintenance and safety improvements.

The role requires blueprint reading, English maintenance literature comprehension, and the ability to stand for long periods. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and HVAC/Boiler knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience repairing industrial processing equipment.
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
• Ability to read a blueprint.
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair industrial equipment including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers.
• Assist with preventive/predictive maintenance and safety improvements.
• Perform indoor and outdoor housekeeping and monitor inventory.
• Maintain maintenance records and documentation.
