Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for the 2nd shift in Houston, TX. You will assist with repairing, maintaining and troubleshooting industrial equipment in a busy laundry facility, focusing on reliability and safe operation.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in industrial repair, read English maintenance literature, and can read blueprints. The role requires standing up to 7 hours in an 8-hour shift and a High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

2+ years experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military.
Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
Experience with and ability to read a blueprint.
Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift.
High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

Repair and maintain industrial equipment and systems at the laundry facility.
Troubleshoot washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers; install and repair as needed.
Perform preventive/predictive maintenance and monitor safety.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory.
