Job summary
Cintas Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for the 2nd shift at our Bedford Park facility in Illinois. You will assist with repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting industrial equipment such as washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers, and you will support preventive maintenance and safety initiatives.
This role requires at least 2 years of experience in industrial repair, ability to read English maintenance literature and blueprints, and the stamina to
Qualifications
- Must have 2+ years experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or military.
- Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
- Experience reading blueprints.
- Must be able to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
Responsibilities
- Repair, maintain, install and troubleshoot industrial equipment (washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors, boilers).
- Perform preventive/predictive maintenance and maintain maintenance records.
- Address safety concerns and perform indoor/outdoor housekeeping as needed.
- Monitor inventory supplies and support maintenance documentation.
