Job summary
Cintas Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for the 2nd shift in State College, PA. The role focuses on maintaining an industrial laundry facility, repairing and troubleshooting equipment such as washers, dryers, steam tunnels, and conveyors, with emphasis on preventive maintenance and safety compliance.
The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in industrial repair, the ability to read English maintenance literature and blueprints, and be able to stand for long
Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military.
- Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
- Experience with and ability to read a blueprint.
- Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift.
- High School Diploma/GED.
Responsibilities
- Assist with repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting industrial equipment.
- Cover washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers.
- Perform preventive/predictive maintenance.
- Resolve safety concerns and maintain indoor/outdoor housekeeping.
- Monitor inventory and maintain maintenance records.
