Job summary

Parthenon Tube, Inc. in La Vergne, Tennessee is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and the facility.

This role requires in-depth knowledge of industrial maintenance best practices and safety compliance. Responsibilities include troubleshooting machinery, performing scheduled PMs, installing new equipment, and processing work requests in the manufacturing data system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certificate preferred.
• Experience with welding, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Forklift/crane certification is required or preferred.
• Ability to read English safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and the physical plant.
• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and the plant.
• Install new equipment and systems.
• Start and Complete Work Request forms in the manufacturing data system.
• Wear PPE and follow Safety Policy and OSHA standards.
• Maintain a safe and healthful work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
