Qualifications

  • Must have a High School Diploma.
  • Associate's degree in Industrial System Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Advanced Manufacturing, or related field OR 1+ years on‑the‑job training / work experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or fabrication environment.
  • Able to Assemble, disassemble, install, maintain and troubleshoot electro‑mechanical equipment and robot cells in custom automated robotic manufacturing solutions
  • Read and interpret basic technical drawings such as schematics and blueprints
  • Apply basic math to mechanical assembly applications
  • Assist with assembly of control panels and electrical systems, as needed
  • General working knowledge of computers and file management
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule and overtime, if necessary
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required
  • Pass a drug screen and background check
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Listen, speak, read, write and understand English
  • U.S. Citizen

Job Summary:

The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for but not limited to, assembly, setups, adjustments, maintenance and repair of custom designed factory automation equipment and other fabricated assemblies. The Candidate must be able to read technical drawings, understand technical direction, safely complete assigned tasks both independently and working as a team, and is expected to ask questions to ensure understanding as needed. A variety of tasks will be assigned that support activities to be completed, per the manufacturing schedule. These tasks include: assembling, disassembling, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electro‑mechanical equipment and robot cells associated with custom automated robotic manufacturing solutions; Reading and interpreting basic technical drawings such as schematics and blueprints; Applying basic math to mechanical assembly applications; Assisting with assembly of control panels and electrical systems, as needed. Candidate will be responsible for maintaining an organized and tidy workspace, including spaces where parts and equipment are stocked and stored. Candidate may also support other activities in the company’s manufacturing operations. Occasionally travel to customer locations will be required and may include overnight and multi‑day trips.

  • Must have a High School Diploma
  • Must have either an Associate's degree in Industrial System Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Advanced Manufacturing, or related field OR 1+ years on the job training / work experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or fabrication environment
  • Must be able to Assemble, disassemble, install, maintenance and trouble shoot electro‑mechanical equipment and robot cells associated with custom automated robotic manufacturing solutions
  • Must be able to Read and interpret basic technical drawings such as schematics and blueprints
  • Must be able to Apply basic math to mechanical assembly applications
  • Must be able to Assist with assembly of control panels and electrical systems, as needed
  • Must have a general working knowledge of computers and file management
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, and be willing to work overtime, if necessary
  • Some occasional overnight travel will be required
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
  • Must have the Ability to listen to, speak, read, write and understand English
