Job summary

Hamilton Tanks, LLC in Columbus, OH is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic/Technician to join our manufacturing team. You will develop preventive maintenance plans, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and keep production equipment running smoothly.

Qualifications

5+ years of mechanic/technician experience in manufacturing.
Strong mechanical background with engines, hydraulics and electrical systems.
Experience conducting machine safety inspections.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with CNC machines.

Responsibilities

Carry out detailed equipment failure analyses and maintenance tasks.
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment to minimize downtime.
Maintain hydraulic systems and perform repairs.
Troubleshoot industrial automation equipment and resolve issues.
Conduct machine safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Repair CNC machines and related equipment.
Assist with HVAC maintenance and repairs.
