Job summary

Hamilton Tanks LLC seeks an experienced maintenance technician to own preventive maintenance planning and lead repairs on heavy manufacturing equipment. You will perform failure analyses, troubleshoot hydraulic systems, and diagnose issues on industrial automation to stabilize production.

The role includes machine safety inspections and HVAC support. With 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance, you bring a strong mechanical base, hydraulic/electrical skills, and hands-on experience with CNC

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a maintenance mechanic/technician repairing and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
• Strong mechanical foundation with hydraulic and electrical capabilities.
• Hands-on experience in machine safety inspections and CNC troubleshooting.
• Background working in a manufacturing environment; HVAC familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own preventive maintenance planning and lead scheduled and unscheduled repairs to maximize uptime.
• Perform detailed equipment failure analyses and drive corrective actions that stick.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic systems; diagnose issues in industrial automation.

An hour later, you’re inspecting a hydraulic circuit, adjusting pressures, and documenting a safety check.
