Job summary

National Beverage Corp. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain production equipment, install new machinery, and manage preventative maintenance programs in our Columbus, Ohio facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years’ experience in related field; beverage experience a plus.
• Ability to read schematics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; MP2 software and PLC experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA laws and ability to implement OSHA training.
• Excellent English communication; Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older; background and drug screen.
• Ability and willingness to work 12-hour shifts including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform changeovers, troubleshoot, and repair equipment as needed.
• Apply basic electrical skills and repair high-speed production equipment.
• Schedule preventative maintenance and respond to line calls.
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures and complete OSHA training.
• Interact with line supervisors and operators to resolve maintenance issues.
• Install/rebuild equipment and troubleshoot pneumatic/hydraulic systems.
• Prioritize multiple projects and communicate department objectives.
