Job summary

Midwest Manufacturing, Inc. in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and service industrial equipment. You’ll work with conveyors, robotics, hydraulics, and electrical systems in a fast-paced facility.

Experience is valued, with the option to start at $26.55+/hr or $29.55/hr with a qualifying degree. The role includes a 12-hour 2-2-3 shift, safety gear provided, and hands-on training to expand your skills and build a long-term career.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience or related education is a plus, but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 50–70 lbs and stand/sit through shift.
• Willingness to work a 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, and automated equipment.
• Install and maintain equipment and perform welding/fabrication as needed.
• Help keep the facility and equipment safe and efficient.
