Job summary

Lippert Components is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for our Wisconsin facility. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production and facility equipment, install new equipment, and assist operators with training and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

The role requires 3 years of industrial maintenance experience, familiarity with PLCs, CMMS, and Microsoft Office, and the ability to read schematics, operate lifts, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Industrial Maintenance experience.
• PLC’s, CMMS, Microsoft Office.
• Ability to complete multiple job assignments including machine operation, fabrication, welding, read PLC logic.
• Physical ability to lift 100 pounds, walk, stand, bend and twist, climb ladders, work from elevated positions, operate fork, scissor and boom lifts, ability to see up close, in color and adjust focus, read schematics and blueprints.
• Fast-paced manufacturing environment, ability to tolerate a variable climate.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs of production and processing equipment.
• Support the installation of new equipment.
• Assist the machine operators with training or troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime.
• Ensure all repairs are documented in the CMMS.
• Maintain and repair buildings' plumbing, HVAC, air compressors, boilers, fire systems and electrical systems.
• Adhere to and promote all safety policies and procedures including lock out/tag out and PPE policies.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor and management.
