Job summary

LIPPERT is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will support safety and predictive maintenance processes to help meet business goals.

The role requires 3 years of industrial maintenance experience, PLCs/CMMS/Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to read schematics. Travel is minimal; E-Verify compliance is needed, and teamwork is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Three years of industrial maintenance experience required.
• Experience with PLCs, CMMS and MS Office essential.
• Ability to read schematics/blueprints and perform welding and fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment and utilities.
• Support installation of new equipment and upgrades.
• Assist operators with troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Document repairs in CMMS and follow safety procedures.
• Maintain building systems including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in continuous improvement.
