Job summary

Lippert Components is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support production by maintaining and repairing metal fabrication equipment, lasers, CNCs, robots, welders, and presses. The role requires strong electrical and mechanical skills, reading schematics, and owning a basic hand tool set.

The position is full-time, on-site in Goshen, IN, with emphasis on safety training, Lean principles, and collaborative teamwork to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working as a multi craft Industrial Maintenance.
• 50+ hours Electrical class work in a formal educational setting.
• Competency with electrical circuits from 24v to 480v.
• Ability to use a Multimeter for troubleshooting.
• Ability to interpret mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics.
• Hand Tools - Must supply own set of basic personal hand tools, list to be provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain laser cutting equipment (PM, troubleshoot, replace consumables).
• Maintain CNC turrets (PM, troubleshoot, repair).
• Maintain Fanuc robots (PM, troubleshoot, repair).
• Maintain automated MIG and resistance welders (PM, troubleshoot, repair).
• Maintain automation feeders and sheet/coil feeders (PM, troubleshoot, repair).
• Maintain control/electrical systems on mechanical presses.
• Maintain press brakes (PM, troubleshoot, repair).
• Maintain dust collectors.
• Perform facility maintenance including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or groundskeeping.
