Job summary

M2 Ingredients is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep production, packaging, and facility equipment running safely and reliably. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance in a GMP environment, collaborating with Operations, Quality, and Production teams.

Applicants should have strong mechanical aptitude and experience with industrial equipment, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and be able to read schematics. Travel between facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years supervising Production, Processing, and Packaging Equipment.
• Minimum 2 years industrial maintenance experience.
• Certifications in Technical Field Mechanic, Electric, HVAC, Welding, or Plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production, packaging, and facility equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Support conveyors, pumps, motors, air compressors, boilers, printers, labelers, dehydrators, mills, blenders, chillers, and dock equipment.
