Job summary

Reily Foods Company seeks a Line Mechanic / Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. This role supports daily production, performs preventive maintenance, and handles equipment changeovers while adhering to GMPs and food safety standards.

Responsibilities include diagnosing equipment issues, documenting downtime, reading schematics, and coordinating with Production and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical/vocational training in industrial maintenance preferred.
• 2+ years in industrial maintenance or related field.
• Experience with CMMS or downtime tracking systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair packaging and production line equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and meet daily goals.
• Complete equipment changeovers safely and efficiently.
• Document downtime and maintenance in production systems.
• Read drawings, schematics, and OEM manuals to repair equipment.
• Adhere to GMP, food safety, and safety policies.
