Smardt is seeking a Maintenance Technician at our Phoenix, AZ facility to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and facility upkeep to keep production equipment and building systems safe and operational.

You will work with the Maintenance Team Lead and cross-functional teams, perform inspections, respond to maintenance requests, and support continuous improvement initiatives to maximize uptime and safety in a 100% on-site environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent practical experience.
• At least two years of hands-on maintenance in manufacturing, industrial, or facilities.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting mechanical equipment.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and follow safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on manufacturing equipment and building systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and facility-related equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests and support equipment uptime and safe operations.
• Assist with equipment installations, relocations, commissioning, and facility improvements.
• Maintain maintenance records and manage parts inventory.
