Job summary

Bell International Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across production areas, utilities, and facilities. You will troubleshoot, repair, install, and upgrade equipment to keep operations safe, compliant, and efficient.

The role requires at least 3 years in industrial maintenance, HS diploma or equivalent, and the ability to read manuals and schematics. Spanish fluency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• Spanish fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, and basic control system issues.
• Maintain water systems, pumps, valves, piping, compressed air systems, boilers, conveyors, and packaging equipment.
• Respond to maintenance work orders and emergency breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Document completed work in CMMS (Limble) and maintenance records.
• Install, modify and improve equipment and facility infrastructure.
• Ensure safety, GMP compliance, and lockout/tagout procedures.
