Bell International Laboratories, Incorporated is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance across production areas, utilities, and facilities in Eagan, MN. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, and control systems, while ensuring safety and GMP compliance.

Responsibilities include ensuring uptime, documenting work in Limble CMMS, and supporting continuous improvements.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical degree, vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent maintenance experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Spanish fluency preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, facility systems and utility equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing and basic control system issues.
• Maintain water systems, pumps, valves, piping, compressed air systems, boilers, conveyors, mixers, fillers, packaging equipment and related assets.
• Respond promptly to maintenance work orders and emergency breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Execute PMs and document completed work within maintenance records and CMMS systems (Limble).
• Install, modify and improve equipment and facility infrastructure.
• Support contractor activities and verify compliance with safety and GMP requirements.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and notify management of replenishment needs.
• Comply with OSHA, GMP, food/cosmetic manufacturing requirements, lockout/tagout and company safety policies.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain outside of premises and building.
