Masis Professional Group is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems. You will troubleshoot issues, assist with installations, welding, and fabrication, and coordinate scheduled maintenance with production teams.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and equipment issues, identify root causes of malfunctions, and perform necessary repairs or component replacements.
• Assist with equipment installations, modifications, welding, fabrication, and general mechanical repairs as needed.
• Monitor equipment performance, coordinate scheduled maintenance, and work with production personnel to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
• Maintain an organized inventory of maintenance parts, tools, and supplies, ensuring necessary materials are available when needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, communicate equipment issues, and follow all company safety procedures to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

• Troubleshoot mechanical and equipment issues, identify root causes of malfunctions, and perform necessary repairs or component replacements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, production equipment maintenance, or a related field; experience in welding and electrical work is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of equipment and machinery.
• A hands-on, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and work on unfamiliar equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to workplace safety, including following established procedures and consistently using required personal protective equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or degree preferred. Basic computer skills and the ability to safely perform physically demanding work are also required.
