Job summary

SPX Technologies, a global leader in HVAC and Detection and Measurement solutions, seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the Electric Heat business. You will assist with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery and facility assets, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Technical diploma or trade certification preferred.
2+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, motors, conveyors, pumps, and industrial controls.
Must read technical documents and schematics.

Responsibilities

Perform facility maintenance on lines, floors, and columns.
Operate floor scrubber and maintain clean shop areas.
Move office equipment, materials, and machinery as needed.
Assist with machine installation and movement.
Repair and maintain facility assets and equipment.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment.
Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
