Job summary

MTNA, Inc. operates a 24/6 industrial wash operation in Rancho Cucamonga and is seeking an experienced Electric/Industrial Maintenance Technician. The role requires strong electrical troubleshooting, welding/fabrication, and forklift maintenance across mechanical systems.

You will lead preventive maintenance, diagnose root causes, and communicate repair timelines with Operations. candidates must be proactive, safety‑minded, and able to work across shifts with limited supervision while

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting experience is required.
• Experience reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Welding, fabrication, and forklift maintenance experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Perform MIG welding, fabrication, and equipment repairs.
• Maintain preventive maintenance and respond to outages.
