Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two-year associate's degree in electrical maintenance or approved apprenticeship.
• Five years of experience in electrical maintenance/troubleshooting of industrial processing equipment.
• Must possess a current and valid driver's license and pass MVR check.
• Experience with process sensors and control devices.
• Proficiency in PLCs, AC/DC drives, and pneumatic, analog and digital electronics.
• Minnesota Journeyman or Master Electrician license is preferred.
• Ability to read measurement instruments and work with others.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, modify, calibrate, and adjust electrical, electronic, and pneumatic control systems.
• Calibrate and adjust HVACR systems in production, lab, office and utility areas.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Respond to shop work orders safely and efficiently.
• Implement and improve preventive maintenance procedures.
• Determine parts, tools, and supplies needed for jobs.
• Document work activities in the CMMS.
