Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment and controls. You will install, calibrate, and repair systems including power distribution and motor control, and execute predictive maintenance.

The role requires teamwork, safety adherence, and capability to work at heights. Preferred qualifications include PLC troubleshooting, hydraulic knowledge, and computer literacy to plan tasks and manage work

Qualifications

Journeyman License.
Technical training.
5 years of experience.
Proficient with hand tools and portable electric tools.
Strong teamwork and safety focus.
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing setting.
Work independently or in a team to meet deadlines.
Collaborate with operations to repair or solve issues.
Comfort working at heights and in confined spaces.
Willing to overtime when required.

Responsibilities

Perform routine electrical service, setup and repairs on plant equipment.
Install and maintain electrical and electronic equipment incl. power distribution and motor control.
Execute predictive and preventative maintenance tasks.
Identify and correct defects during maintenance checks.
Support hydraulic tasks when needed.
Work at heights and in pits or confined spaces as required.
Other duties as assigned.
