Dura-Line in Elyria, OH is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support the Extrusion department by repairing and maintaining equipment. The role involves hands-on mechanical and electrical work, reading schematics, and safely operating tools in a manufacturing environment.

Schedule is a 6AM-6PM day shift on a 2-2-3 rotation, with 84 hours per pay period and overtime. Starting pay is $28/hour plus experience-based increases; benefits are included per company policy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on industrial mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, diagrams and sketches.
• Familiar with bearings, gears, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps and related equipment.
• Able to operate safely in a manufacturing environment for 8–12 hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain equipment in the extrusion area.
• Troubleshoot electrical circuits with voltmeter and related tools.
• Assist maintenance crew with rebuilds, shutdowns and installations.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety rules.
