Dura-Line in Elyria, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the extrusion department by maintaining and repairing production equipment. You will work with bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical components to minimize downtime.

Expect a day shift on a 2-2-3 schedule with 84-hour biweekly pay periods and overtime as needed. Candidates should have 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience, read schematics, and perform basic facilities tasks with safety in mind.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on industrial mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, diagrams and sketches.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills and experience with maintenance systems.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs., working around hot machinery and in a plant environment.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude with bearings, gears, sprockets, hydraulics and pumps.
• Repair and maintain equipment in the extrusion department to support production.
• Assist with equipment breakdowns, rebuilds, shutdowns and installations.
• Ensure a clean, safe, organized work area and comply with safety policies.
