Dura-Line, part of Orbia Connectivity Solutions, is hiring a Maintenance Manager in Elyria, Ohio, to lead maintenance operations and develop the next generation of leaders. The role focuses on keeping facilities fully operational, implementing preventive maintenance, and driving safety and regulatory compliance.

The candidate will manage equipment issues, coordinate cross-functional communications, and optimize uptime while adhering to site safety standards and company policies.

Formación

• HS diploma or equivalent; engineering BA/BS preferred
• 5+ years in maintenance leadership in manufacturing
• Extensive experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS
• Experience with PM, RCFA and FMEA investigations

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance operations across the site and develop maintenance leaders
• Manage preventative maintenance program and site spare parts
• Oversee RCFA investigations and FMEA as required
• Implement and manage CMMS aligned with company expectations
• Train staff to establish and maintain maintenance programs
• Coordinate daily maintenance: planning, breakdowns, repairs, tooling and equipment fabrication
• Partner with other plant departments to ensure safe operation of equipment
• Review KPIs: safety, uptime, PM adoption, and spend metrics
