Elizabeth River Crossings OpCo, LLC is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, install, and perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, plumbing, piping, fire life safety, drainage, ventilation, and facility equipment.

You will work in an on-site environment supporting the Elizabeth River Tunnels, with regular hours 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and on-call rotations, including potential 12-hour shifts during weather or emergencies.

Formación

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong pipefitting background with plumbing and related repairs.
• Ability to read manuals, drawings, diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Ability to obtain security clearance and pass safety trainings.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain industrial systems.
• Perform pipefitting, valve work, and piping up to 8 inches diam.
• Maintain motors, pumps, fans, and associated equipment.
• Read drawings and technical docs; document work orders and history.
• Respond to failures and on-call assignments to support operations.
• Ensure safe, clean, organized work areas and tool maintenance.
