Job summary

Elizabeth River Crossings OpCo, LLC is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on mechanical, plumbing, piping, fire life safety, drainage, and ventilation systems supporting the Elizabeth River Tunnels and related facilities. The role requires reading drawings and diagrams, completing work orders, and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum eight years of skilled facilities maintenance experience preferred, including plumbing and mechanical repair.
• Strong pipefitting background with valves, backflow preventers, and related repairs.
• Ability to read repair manuals, drawings, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain industrial and facility systems.
• Perform pipefitting and valve replacement work up to 8 inches diameter.
• Maintain and repair motors, pumps, fans, and piping systems.
• Read drawings and blueprints; complete work orders and reports in the CMMS.
• Assist with safety procedures and on-call maintenance operations.
