Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for a Denver, CO area distribution facility. The role focuses on maintenance, repair, and reliability of industrial equipment and automated handling systems, ensuring safe, productive operations.

Expected to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot conveyors and related components, and follow LOTO procedures in a fully onsite setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a commercial, manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, fulfillment, or similar industrial environment.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment.
• Working knowledge of conveyors, motors, bearings, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, motors, gearboxes, bearings, pumps, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Diagnose mechanical equipment issues and implement effective solutions.
• Complete emergency repairs to reduce operational downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintain maintenance records and work orders.
• Follow all safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
