Polaris Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to overhaul, inspect, diagnose and repair industrial and facility equipment across shifts. The role requires troubleshooting from schematics and electrical diagrams, performing PM inspections, and coordinating with external contractors.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience with Industrial Automated Systems Maintenance, Metal Fabrication Equipment Maintenance, Equipment Repair and Maintenance OR 5 years with related experience.
• 2-year technical school degree in a relevant trade may substitute for experience.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Advanced troubleshooting and repair of industrial production and facility equipment.
• Read and troubleshoot using schematics, prints, and electrical diagrams.
• Perform PM inspections on equipment and record maintenance tasks.
• Rebuild and repair CNC machine tools ensuring precision operation.
• Work with outside contractors and maintain 5S housekeeping.
