Job summary

NOV is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, and production equipment in a manufacturing environment. The role requires reading blueprints, diagnosing faults, and performing preventive maintenance to ensure machine reliability.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with strong troubleshooting, safety, and communication skills.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar.
Experience repairing CNC machines, mills, lathes, drills, and other production equipment is a plus.
HVAC diagnostic and repair experience is strongly preferred.
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, and production equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance and detect early signs of failure.
Read blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
Communicate with operators, vendors, and maintenance staff to ensure machine readiness.
Adhere to NOV policies and safety procedures.
Work up to 12-hour shifts and potentially overtime or on-call as needed.
