Palmer Foundry, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to minimize downtime by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heavy machinery and facility equipment unique to our high-precision aluminum casting operations.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment, and adheres to OSHA and internal safety protocols.

Competenze

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience with industrial motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, and cooling systems.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, P&IDs, and manuals.
• Proven track record in preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Experience with maintenance history, work orders, and spare parts management.

Mansioni

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heavy foundry machinery and facility equipment.
• Support planned shutdowns, equipment rebuilds, and capital improvement projects.
• Provide troubleshooting support to maintenance and production staff.
• Respond to emergencies to minimize downtime and safety incidents.
• Install, program, or repair automated machinery and controllers.
• Perform preventive maintenance, lubrication, and inspections.
• Inspect and repair electrical and mechanical components across the facility.
