Baker Manufacturing Company, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician (2nd shift) to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on foundry equipment. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain furnaces, conveyors, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime and ensure safe, continuous operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or GED; technical training preferred.
• OSHA safety knowledge and foundry regulations.
• Ability to read schematics and equipment manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on foundry machinery and equipment (furnaces, molding machines, sand systems, conveyors).
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and perform repairs.
• Diagnose equipment failures, perform root-cause analysis, and minimize downtime.
• Welding and fabrication for repair or modification of equipment parts.
• Operate CMMS to log maintenance activities and track parts usage.
• Install and assist in startup of new machinery and equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and keep the area clean and organized.
