Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support an advanced investment casting and manufacturing facility in Gibsonton, FL. Qualifications

Minimum hands-on maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with CMMS and automation equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment, including furnaces, CNC machines, robotics, and automated systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation-related equipment issues.
Use CMMS and diagnostic tools to track equipment performance and maintenance activities.
Support equipment reliability initiatives, condition monitoring, and predictive maintenance programs.
Assist with the implementation of smart sensors and other technologies designed to improve equipment performance.
Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects to reduce downtime.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to maintain reliable equipment operations.
Follow all workplace safety procedures and applicable industry standards.
