Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our client in Gibsonton, FL. The role focuses on preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of furnaces, CNC machines, robotics, and automated systems to keep production running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, CMMS experience, and the ability to work with engineering and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance within manufacturing, foundry, or similar environments.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience maintaining industrial machinery and automated equipment.
• Familiarity with CMMS and digital maintenance tools.
• Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and industrial controls preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment including furnaces, CNC machines, robotics, and automated systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation-related issues.
• Use CMMS and diagnostic tools to track performance and maintenance activities.
• Support reliability initiatives, condition monitoring, and predictive maintenance programs.
• Assist with implementing smart sensors and other technologies to improve performance.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement to reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to maintain equipment operations.
• Follow all safety procedures and industry standards.
