Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance within manufacturing, foundry, or similar environments.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience maintaining industrial machinery and automated equipment.
• Familiarity with CMMS and digital maintenance tools.
• Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and industrial controls preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment including furnaces, CNC machines, robotics, and automated systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation-related issues.
• Use CMMS and diagnostic tools to track performance and maintenance activities.

Maintenance Technician

Location: Gibsonton, FL 33534

Pay Rate: $31.50 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Summary & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support operations at an advanced investment casting and manufacturing facility in Gibsonton, FL. This role is ideal for a hands‑on maintenance professional with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills who wants to work with industrial equipment, automation, and modern maintenance technologies. You will help maintain equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and support a safe, efficient manufacturing environment while collaborating with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment, including furnaces, CNC machines, robotics, and automated systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation-related equipment issues.
• Use computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and diagnostic tools to track equipment performance and maintenance activities.
• Support equipment reliability initiatives, condition monitoring, and predictive maintenance programs.
• Assist with the implementation of smart sensors and other technologies designed to improve equipment performance.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects to reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to maintain reliable equipment operations.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and applicable industry standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in manufacturing, foundry, or a similar industrial environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience maintaining industrial machinery and automated equipment.
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and digital maintenance tools.
• Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), variable frequency drives (VFDs), and industrial controls is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to workplace safety.

Export Control Requirement:

This position may require an export license from the U.S. Department of Commerce and/or the U.S. Department of State. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for employment in this role. The selected candidate must be authorized to work with export‑controlled technology in compliance with U.S. export control laws.
