Job summary

Lineage Logistics is hiring a maintenance technician to install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, and building systems in our Lincoln facility. The role requires following safety standards, performing calibrations, and communicating effectively with leadership and teams.

You will work on refrigeration systems, material handling equipment, and automated site components. Candidates should have at least 1 year of maintenance experience or related trade school, be able to lift 50 lbs, and

Qualifications

• 1 year experience or combination of experience and trade school in one or more areas of maintenance (building, material handling, refrigeration).
• Capable of completing preventative maintenance with instructions and minimal supervision
• Fully proficient with, and capable of operating power and hand tools
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of the facility
• Possess problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload with organizational skills
• Able to lift 50 lbs (23 kg) or more
• Flexible schedule including weekends
• Comfortable with varying noise levels and Working at Height for some locations

Responsibilities

• Perform physical inspection and calibration, preventative maintenance, and repairs on all mechanical and electrical assets.
• At automated sites, service proximity switches, sensors, and testing equipment
• Inspect and repair refrigeration systems
• Maintain preventive maintenance on material handling equipment per guidelines
• Report inspections and maintenance to leadership daily
• Other tasks as assigned
• Operate power tools and welding apparatus to cut or join metal parts
• Utilize onsite lift and rental equipment as needed while inspecting and maintaining equipment
