Job summary

Senneca Holdings in Mankato, MN is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for a three-day, 12-hour shift (Fri-Sun, 6:00am–6:00pm) in a multi-craft environment. You will troubleshoot, perform PMs, and handle minor electrical repairs while supporting safety and quality across production equipment.

Candidates should have mechanical, electrical, and metal fabrication skills, with the ability to read shop drawings and use common tools safely.

Qualifications

• Prefer experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial facility.
• Proven mechanical abilities to troubleshoot and repair machines.
• Proven electrical skills to diagnose and repair electrical equipment.
• Proven metal fabrication skills involving welding, cutting, and construction.
• Proven experience utilizing shop tools safely.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Post-high school education in an industrial trade field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance (PMs), and minor electrical repairs.
• Utilize robotics experience (if available) to enhance maintenance operations.
• Commit to working safely, performing quality work, and responding promptly to internal customers.
• Demonstrate proven mechanical abilities to troubleshoot and repair machines.
• Diagnose and repair electrical equipment with proven electrical skills.
• Utilize metal fabrication skills involving welding, cutting, and construction.
• Safely use shop tools and equipment.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and materials used.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
