Job summary

Senneca Holdings seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician at our Mankato, MN facility to perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and electrical/mechanical repairs in a multi-craft environment.

The role runs on a 3-day 12-hour shift (Fri–Sun, 6:00 am–6:00 pm). Candidates should have strong mechanical and electrical skills, be safety-minded, and able to read/write English, with a high school diploma and industrial trade exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Post-high school education in an industrial trade-related field is preferred.
• Proven mechanical abilities to troubleshoot and repair machines.
• Proven electrical skills to diagnose and repair electrical equipment.
• Proven metal fabrication skills involving welding, cutting, and construction.
• Experience with shop tools and safe handling.

We are searching for an experienced Maintenance Technician at our Mankato, MN facility.

This role works three (3) 12-hour days on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. Required Qualifications:

• Prefer experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial facility.
• Proven mechanical abilities to troubleshoot and repair machines.
• Proven electrical skills to diagnose and repair electrical equipment.
• Proven metal fabrication skills involving welding, cutting, and construction.
• Provenexperience utilizing shop tools safely.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer post-high school education specifically in an industrial trade-related field.

DesiredQualifications:

• Technical aptitude and experience with industrial maintenance.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds.
• Robotics experience is helpful but not required.
