Job summary

Stryten Energy is hiring for a Maintenance Technician on the 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 11pm-7am) in Columbus, Indiana. You will perform maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic systems, and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure equipment reliability.

The role requires hands-on repair work, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to schedule tasks using IQMS. Overtime and 5S housekeeping are part of the job responsibilities.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in Industrial Maintenance or 2-year coursework + 2 years in maintenance capacity.
High school diploma or GED preferred; trade school/ journeyman preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair machinery, equipment, buildings, and grounds.
Schedule repairs to meet project schedules.
Develop and maintain preventative maintenance plans.
Analyze mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues; implement corrective actions.
Repair/overhaul hydraulic equipment and controls; test after repairs.
Identify recurring issues and reduce maintenance costs.
