Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Understanding of electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all supervisory responsibilities for assigned staff.
• Plan and control activities related to production and building maintenance.
• Develop and maintain a Preventive Maintenance Schedule program.

Skills

Proven experience in a manufacturing environment

Knowledge of PLCs and HVAC systems

Strong communication and documentation skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks

Independent problem-solving skills

Proficiency with budgeting and performance management

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering Discipline
