Job summary

Stryten Energy is seeking a maintenance technician for 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday, 11pm–7am) in Columbus, IN. You will maintain and repair industrial machinery, test equipment after servicing, and implement preventative maintenance programs to maximize uptime.

The position requires reading blueprints, electrical/hydraulic troubleshooting, welding skills, and teamwork in a manufacturing setting. Overtime and safety compliance are expected.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints and hydraulic/pneumatic schematics to diagnose issues.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems on equipment.
• Operate testing instruments and document findings accurately.
• Proficient in welding, fabrication, and equipment repair.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair machinery, equipment, buildings and grounds.
• Schedule repairs to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Develop and follow preventative maintenance plans.
• Analyze equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
• Test equipment after repairs and ensure proper operation.
• Comply with safety, environmental and company policies.
• Use IQMS to schedule and report planned work activities.
• Participate in 5S housekeeping and continuous improvement.
