Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 18+ years old.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of electrical systems including 24VDC controls and 480VAC 3-phase power.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues on process and packaging equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, and mechanical drawings.
• Perform Preventive and Predictive Maintenance with high precision and ownership.
• Support startups and operational troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Maintain CMMS documentation and keep a clean, safe work area.
