Job summary

A Hiring Company in Perrysburg, OH is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for our fast-paced countertop fabrication facility. This role keeps equipment running safely and efficiently on a 2nd shift schedule, with overtime as needed.

You will troubleshoot and repair fabrication equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and partner with production to maximize uptime while upholding strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Working knowledge of electrical systems (motors, sensors, relays, basic VFDs, wiring)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using hand tools and diagnostic equipment

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain fabrication equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance to improve reliability and reduce downtime
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and implement root-cause fixes
• Follow and enforce safe work practices, including lockout/tagout procedures
• Track maintenance activity, parts usage, and equipment history
• Partner with production to prioritize repairs and improve equipment performance
