Job summary

Gtrjobs is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 2nd and 3rd shift at our Solon, OH site. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to keep production running smoothly.

Work with Manufacturing Engineering on process improvements, fabricate or machine parts as needed, and handle routine facility maintenance. Strong teamwork and safety mindset required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical schooling preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Preventive maintenance on industrial machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment; perform modifications when needed.
• Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and vendors on projects and repairs.
• Fabricate, weld, or machine parts as required.
• Install, repair, and maintain production and building equipment.
• Move and install large machinery; perform basic facility maintenance.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work orders.
• Utilize hand and power tools and precision measuring equipment.
